Tricycle Interactive Project Management

Tricycle Interactive uses best practice to manage and deliver world-class results.

Project Management

Developing interactive content such as websites, web applications and interface design requires detailed planning and time management. Tricycle uses flexible tools and processes to make sure projects are delivered on time and meet the desired specifications.

SCRUM

SCRUM is a very simple and easy to implement methodology for managing work flows. It uses the principle of participation and "buy-in" between all the members of a team or organisation. Projects are planned out using post-it notes and added to a "Backlog" chart. Tasks are assigned to individuals and a post-it note goes onto their worksheet. Once an individual has completed that task, they stick their post-it note onto the "Completed" chart. Its as simple as that, almost! View Slideshow on SCRUM
