Tricycle Interactive assembles a suitable design team for the project, including a project manager, an artistic director and a technical director. Successful solutions are reliant on real inter-discipline exchange thus members of our Extended Network are called in to consult at the earliest possible opportunity.
5. CIRCULATE ideas. COMBINE brainpower.
The project manager holds an in-house brainstorming session at which the design problem is explored by the multi-disciplinary design team. Numerous potential solutions are offered up in an open environment that defers judgement.
6. CONSIDER the user. RE-CONSIDER the user. CHOOSE a design direction.
A team meeting is held a few days after the brainstorming session in order to evaluate and refine the proffered solutions. Tricycle Interactive considers the designs from a user-centred design perspective. People are placed at the forefront. A design direction is defined.
